Is there is no trick.
There is no trick to having a successful career.
There is no trick to relationships.
There is no trick to creating a successful startup.
There is no trick to having a marketing campaign go viral.
As soon as you start looking for ‘the trick’, you’ve devalued what you’re doing and slowed yourself down. It all takes hard work.

So much more is right. Often times the hard work we see at the start is only the tip of the gigantic ice mountain, as they say :)
