Posts on my blog will be a bit sparse this week as I am up in New York for the first time (woo!). I am going to try to get a few pleasant updates in here over the week, though. If you’ve friended me on Facebook, then you can see a bit of a semi-live stream of pictures & comments of myself and some friends in NY. I may see about setting it up on Flickr later today. Another noteably awesome event this week, other than me being in New York, is Brazen Careerist has launched.

I don’t have a lot of time to write about it now, but you can read about Brazen Careerist here. To sum it up, Brazen Careerist is a network of a bunch of wicked smart, badass Gen-Yers who blog. I’ve only been skimming over the site for the past 5 minutes and I’ve seen a number of great looking articles. I look forward to reading a few of them during the lulls in NY today along the subway and since it’s a bit rainy. Check it out! Also a thank you to Penelope Trunk, Ryan Paugh, and Ryan Healy for all the hard work they put into BC, and in deciding to include me on BC with so many other bright people!

      Hey Nathan,

How’s the Big Apple? I wish I was in NJ so we could meet up for a drink at some of my favorite Village pubs.

Anyway, thanks for writing about Brazen Careerist. We’re really happy to have you in the community. It’s good to have a tech-savvy guy like you to teach us about things like Twitter (which I still don’t fully understand…oh well).

If you’re looking for some good recommendations (dinner, restaurants, POIs) drop me a line today and we’ll talk.
