
A while back I wrote about how organizations should be messy and quirky because they’re made up of humans. They’re not perfect because we’re not perfect and that by in fact acting human, we are more easily able to relate to the organization. Being able to relate to an organization is a great thing, it helps to build a relational connection between you and the organization.
While I doubt my post had any affect on Amazon (even with wishful thinking), I came across an awesome, hand tailored customer service response on the consumerist (via Seth Godin).
