I say “adopt” because it’s the technopian culture you’re coming in contact with. It’s a mindset you have to develop and understand. Dell has been working hard on adopting this culture, and it’s paying off. More are noticing. Dell is continuing to kick some ass. It’s got to be exciting for them. Once they hit that social tipping point I can only imagine how neat the collaboration on products will be.

I agree. Dell, along with some other big companies, are doing a great job adopting the concepts behind “social engagement.”
